these are the types of introductry paragraph. how to attract people attention to read our article.

1. Personal examples 

(LESBIAN) 

on saturday,december 20, 2009, we met a pair of 'pengkid' at shopping complex, kuala lumpur. 

one of them wore a tight t-shirt and jeans like a man and the other one wore a blouse. 

sam, 20 years old girl who came from kedah, 

became  a 'pengkid' because she was raped by her boyfriend who was older than her. 

from that point, she did not get any attention from her family. 

futhermore, she had been influenced by her friends who had been through the same experience. 

she came to kuala lumpur with a male character and her dressing as well as a guy looks alike. 

she wanted to be a male because 

she would understand female more than a male understand them and she also 

did not want all girls out there to be cheated by guys. 

sam life was full of bad experiences and she seemed to have no goals in her life.

 nevertheless,few reason such as that can make a woman become a 'pengkid', 

that is family problem, enviroment and the past experience.

2. Quotations

'as long as society is anti-gay, then it will seem like being gay is anti-social'. this thought was written by joseph francis. people can see someone personality regarding to the individual behaviour. futhermore, it will give a bad perception to them. when the society sees the odd thing like man with a man they will say that it was annoying. people will isolate them and think the negative perception about them. but they do not care about the society opinion about them. based on the statement above,there are many negative impacts of being a gay rather than positive one.

3. Facts or statistics

According to the book, 'Men in dresses' by Vernon Coleman,...precise figures are difficult to obtain but my research shows that in an average week 100,00 in every 1,000,000 men dress-for some of the time-in something soft, silky or frilly. Often they just wear a camisole and panties underneath their male clothes. A growing number of men have discovered that putting on stockings and the frock is the quickest way to escape from the stressful responsibilities of being man.The statistics had showed the number of men who want to become women's has increasing among us in newspaper, radio, television and internet.There are many causes why men being women such as partners , biological, and media influences.

4. Rhetorical questions
have you ever heard about gender conversion? have you met someone who performed the gender conversion? how they perform the gender conversion. now in time, the gender conversion is famous among men and it has become widespread. they are many Asian's men perform the gender conversion in thailand. this has lead to many negatives effects to them. bad opinion from community, bring discrediton themselves and their family, and easy infection of bacteria are mostly the major for those who performed the gender conversion.

5. Current events
(gay issue)
the news about gay marriage between a malaysian, ariff alfian rosli and his lover, an irish man was reported on december 20th last year. it was a big shock to every malaysian's eyes and ears. it was embarrasing enough to know that he got married with his own sex and it was just unacceptable when he was spotted wearing malaysian tradisional apparel during the ceremony. in facts, ariff denies the accusation that claimed he had converted out of islam, he stressed that he were remain a muslim until the day he die even though he had strayed from islam by marrying his own sex. naturally all religion prevents their followers from  getting involved in homosexual relationship. based on ariff's story, there are many negative impacts that gay marriage offers to the society, religion and country.

6. Contrast to the thesis statement
previously, gay marriage was not allowed in New York. It got a lot of resistance from every side. It consisted of few factors such as gay marriage will change the foundation of society as well as encouraged more guy couple to get marriage, In addition, it also against teh religion and no religion in this world allowed homosexuality.Gay marriage occurs when people get relationship problem and starts to hate different gender, They feel that the same gender is more in their shoes.There are many negative impacts why gay marriage is allowed now in New York as gay's advocate get the highest vote from the citizen, majority of them are homosexual and less legal relationship, as well as the government get strong protest from gay's communities.

7. Definition

(SHEMALE)

Shemale can be defined as men who have the same characteristic like a woman. These type of men love about fashion, cosmetic, hairstyle and many more. Moreover, they also get a good achievement in any field rather than women. They are very talented and creative to create a new things in the world of lifestyle. In addiction, some of them will try to be like a woman using surgery and medicine which is expensive. As a result this community give a bad reputation to our enviroment. Thus,some impacts have been recognized based on this situation such as disease problem, legal aspects and social problems.

Poem and time capsule ♥

today we have to write a poem. usually i write it in malay but quite long time. we have to write it in 40 minutes if im not mistaken. the theme of that poem is 'I think I can'. we should write it with some verb and noun.

I think I can give a comitment

but i'm a forgetfull person

sometimes i try so hard to be alert

but still i forgot about it.

I think I can sing

but i had a terrible sound

it's sound like a frog

that always called for rain

I think I can motivate them

if i try to talk and give some advice

but then i noticed that i was a shy person

so then nobodies will listen to my voice

I think I can be a courage person

if i try to be a spoken person

if i can stand with confidence

but then i realise that im a coward person

i hide besides of my friend

I think I can do better

speak-out-loud and try to be different

but then things going difficult

and i gave up.

but then I think I can move on

learned new things and be confident

never give up and listen to my own voice

keep up the spirit and smile!

actually i wrote two poem. ^^,

stop talking about poem.

so,what is the time capsule?

miss zu asked 'what the things will you bring in the future?'

she asked us to wrote it in a piece of paper and dont wrote our name and put it inside the envelope that said

127 hours movie review

as you know im not attend to bel120's class. so i had been inform by shu to write about this movie review in a piece of paper. but just know i've been told by mai that it should be in a blog too. okay. i try my best to finish this entry.

127 hours is about a man who had survive in his life by going through the adventure by himself. He try to survive by drink his urine and cut his leg because of a accident.
for me,this movie kind a freak. scary. seriously. but,i didnt watch it so this is just my opinion. i asked some of my friend and they say that they afraid to watch it because of some scene that full of blood.

seriously,i've tried my best to search this movie or trailer but this wireless keeping low connection T_T
i got no money to go to cyber cafe. anyone want to treat me? ^^,

Language and culture carnival

Last week,i and JIM1101A’s classmate had to go to the language and culture exhibition for interview the commitee about the exhibition.

We started to take some picture at speaker’s corner. There was a Arab’s booth,Persatuan bahasa mandarin (mandarian society language) and english language society booth. They’re some board that full of information about their booth.

First,we went to arab booth. They’re a map about arab countries. Such as somalia,djibouti,sudan,egypt,yeman,oman,UAE and qatar.

And what their main food and drinks. There were meneli rice,habsa rice,morrocon mint tea,hummus,falafel and barbican drink (non-alcohol).

 Arab culture is like belly dancing (the one were famous in malaysia also) and sufi whirling.

 Some of arab’s cloth were very familiar such as abaya. Abaya was so pretty cloths! I love abaya! I wish if i can get one.  Some of them is burqa,agal and hand of fatima. For arab’s booth there was no commitee.

i think this is some kind of perfume.

i dont know what is this. maybe theres a genie in there woah!!

 They were set up late for the booth and we were running of the time for the next class. So,we continue for the next booth.



For second booth is persatuan bahasa mandarin or mandarin language society (PBM). There was a history about china (the one that i’m not interested to know because it’s were been type in a small text.T_T) but i love to see the chinise idioms. 

For example:

In Pinyin:pang zheng bo yin (use well documented and extensive evidence)

Tou tao bao li (return a favour with a favour)

Xin an li de (have a peace of mind)

There were cheongsam and xianggi (chess) for the chinese culture.

 The most interesting thing in chinese culture is about the chopstick.

We asked a PBM’s commitee about it.

 There was a little tiny duck besides the chopstick. And i asked about it. Why is it the? Is it for eat or just to intepremed? She show to us that after we used the chopstick,we lend it at the duck.

That was so cute! Haha. Can i get one?

There also a tea set. The tiny one for one drink at one time and another one for  twice drink? I dont know how to explain it. But what i know,for chinese tea’s tasteless.

Well,i think enough for PBM’s booth.

Let’s talked about english language society (ELS)’s booth. For english language society ‘s booth,there were some history about medieval era or middle ages.

Harif asked some question to the commitee and i just listen besides him. The commitee say,he wants to attract student attention to join or take part for ELS exhibition but in this kind of thing.

What kind of it? Well,there was a fairytale story that were very familiar to us.

 Such as snow white,beauty and the beast,mother goose,etc.

For the next exhibition,i go to sri laksamana for take a look at booth’s sale.

There were booth sweet tooth that sells fried ice-cream with chocolate (i hate it,ugh),strawberry,durian,yam,vanilla and corn flavours.

Second booth’s sale is combo corner (miss Zu’s booth) with their tagline ‘buy more,pay less’.

There were special spagetthi with bolognese sauce and syrup bandung soda that price were rm6 only!

I asked for the bolognese sauce recipes.

They used tomatoes sauce,mushroom,meat and garlic to make it. They also used kimball sauce for make it perfect!  Poured it for 15 minutes and the sauce is done! For the spagetthi just boiled it and put some oil to make sure it not be stick to each other. (huh?) and now we can eat it the spagetthi with bolognese sauce.

It taste yummy! I love it so much,can i have it more? T_T

There were also have macaronies.

Blend some chillies,garlic,onion and ginger. Then fried it at the pan. Poured some chicken,salt and black pepper. It takes 10 minutes to cook it! Boiled macaronies and toast it. Put the macaronies in the pan and add some tomatoes,chillies and mushroom. And served it!

For garlic bread that yat love so much,just slice the france bread,poured some garlic spread and burn it.

they really enjoy it! ^^,

 Then serve it with mushroom soup. It taste great!!! Two pieces garlic bread with mushroom soup will cost for rm5.

they also have a sandwich.

And the last one is syrup bandung soda. We need syrup ros f&n,also ice cream soda from f&n and some mineral water.

 Just pour it and serve to drink! (you can add some ice if you like to).

For the third booth’s sale is one malaysia that sell nasi lemak for rm1.20,and tosai,roti canai.

The last one is PBM’s booth sale.

They sell leng shui (syrup cincau) rm1.

Iiwei jiu (cocktail) for rm1.50

 mianbao (roti bakar for rm1) and shaojiao (sardine with cheese sandwich for rm1.50).

i bought mianbao. It taste delicious with cheese! :D

After the exhibition finished,i think it were so interesting. We were not just bought and eat it but we get new experienced,gain some knowledge and know other people too. Interesting,huh? Yeah,i know it!

So,thats my report for the language and culture carnival. :D
